Using Prosetcl.exe to set speed/duplex (Intel 82578DM)

I was looking at this thread /message/110204 http://communities.intel.com/message/110204 to force 100mb/s full duplex on an HP Z200 running XP with Intel 82578DM Card

Following the steps identified by Mark H from Intel /message/86858# 86858 http://communities.intel.com/message/86858# 86858 I can view the settings but I can't see anything to change the speed

Can anyone help ? - thanks

prosetcl.exe Adapter_SetSetting *SpeedDuplex

e.g. To set adapter 1 to 100/Full...

c:>prosetcl.exe Adapter_SetSetting 1 *SpeedDuplex 4

e.g. To set adapter 1 to auto negotiate...

c:>prosetcl.exe Adapter_SetSetting 1 *SpeedDuplex 0
