I want to create multiple VLANs using 82574L NIC on Windows 10 (1809). I think I would need the Network Adapter Drive for Windows 10 or the PROSet version of it but I can't find one that supports the NIC I have. Is there an Adapter Driver version for that specific NIC? Any other way would be good to create VLANs.
Thanks

Hi Mate,
I believed the driver cannot be found as it came In Box Only.
We found another possible solution for your case that you may refer below:
Hyper-V (another possible way)
Let us know if it works or you have any questions for this case.

Hi mpata,
Thank you for posting in Intel Ethernet Communities.
Regarding your enquiries above, I may need some details to assist you.
What is your system model brand that use Intel 82574L NIC? e.g HP/Dell Laptop/Desktop
FYI- If OEM: Your device might have customized drivers and software to enable or alter features to improve operations that are provided by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Contact the OEM for the latest updates and technical support information.
Regarding compatible network adapter drive that suits 82574L NIC for Windows 10, I found few information that you may refer:
1.For 82574L NIC driver that supports Windows 10, it came In Box Only, you may refer below:
Windows* support for 1 GbE Intel® Ethernet Network Controllers 82574L In Box Only for Windows 10
2.Alternatively, you may refer link below to create VLANs using Powershell:
Create VLANs in Windows® 10 Using PowerShell* (alternative)
You may try steps provided above and let me know if you need any other assistance regarding this enquiries.

Hi Sazzy,
Unfortunately, the OEM of my device can't help.
I would need the Intel (R) Ethernet Adapter Complete Driver Pack or the PROSet but I can't find a version that supports my NIC.
Intel® 82574L Gigabit Ethernet Controller
I would need one of those software to be able to use the PowerShell configuration too.
Do you have any other idea or can you confirm that this feature is not supported for my Windows version?
Thanks,
Mate
