X557 Common Mode Sense Input

Regarding the following signals on X557:

On the reference schematic these connect to a fifth transformer in the Rj-45 magnetics:

I will be using a discrete Ethernet transformer and cannot find one with five transformers.

Is it necessary to have this or can I leave common mode sense inputs disconnected?

I have the same issue.  I am using a discrete isolation transformer, specified for 10GbE, but it doesn't have a CM input.  What should I do with these signals?
