how to ask Intel to open sources of 21140 Ethernet controller driver?

hello!

I represent free opensource project ReactOS.

We want to kindly ask to open sources of Intel  21140 Ethernet controller driver for Windows Platform. (Digital Equipment Corporation DECchip 21140 [FasterNet] [1011 :0009])

Intel has developed closed source driver for this network card for Windows XP/2003. This network card is emulated in MS Virtual PC and Hyper-V

It would be great if Intel could open the source code for this driver.

We can not supply closedsource drivers in our distribution, we can only distribute free opensource drivers. That why it is so important for us!

Thank you for the responce. I know that 21140 Ethernet controller is already discontinued and no longer supported.

But my request was not about providing technical support.

Since this product is no longer of commercial value for Intel, I ask Intel to generously open the source code for the driver for this product.

We will be satisfied with almost any quality and state of the source code.

Therefore, no one will have to specially prepare source codes and spend resources on this process. Please simply find the sources of the driver and give it to the world under an open source license.
