how to use PXE newtest tool

In Intel PXE SDK 3.0, it has a PXE newtest tool.

I have built this tool.  and I want to know how to use this tool. because I put the newtest  tool and stub_m.lom into one directory.   Then in dos environment, I run this tool.  it prompts such error.

I think this tool can do unit test and  check my UNDI driver. So I want to know how to run it?  Can anyone help me?
