when i use teaming for camera, the blue screen had occured on my pc. so.. i tried to re-install the driver 25.0(latest ver.), finally it operate well. but after desktop reboot, the blue screen occured again... how should i solve it?

the pc spec is same on the picture.

Blue screen code is DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

and... the Lan card was replaced to i350 POE type(ADVANTECH)

한글로도적자면 .. PC에 i350 렌카드로 Teaming 사용하여 카메라제어하는데 블루스크린이 뜨더라구요. 윈10에서자동으로 드라이버를 설정하여 별도로 설치한 드라이버와 충돌이 생기는것같아 별도 드라이버를 여러번 재설치하니 동작은 됩니다. 그런데 컴퓨터 재부팅 후 동일하게 블루스크린이발 하는데.. 이 문제를 해결할 방법이 없네요..! 혹시 아시는분 답변 부탁드립니다...

i tried to re-install network driver 23.4, 23.5, 23.5.1, 23.5.2, 24.1, 24.2. but they hadn't Teaming tab on Intel(R) PROSet Adapter Configuration Utility.

in addition i already installed 24.5 and 25.0 ... which occured blue screen.

how can i use teaming without blue screen?

1. How did you set up teaming?

3. May we know what you mean when you say you are teaming the camera? If this is an IP camera connected to both ports of the adapter?

1. i made a team with Proset 25.0 ver, include static option.

  Ethernet options are set Buffer size 2048, Jumbo packet 9018 in configuration of adapter.

  

2. Yes. Advantech product with Intel I350

3. IP camera has 2 ports for ethernet communication. the pc have to make a team with that ports.

  i mean an IP camera connected to both ports of the adapter. and both ports set a team & use one ip address.

 

yesterday i send a SSU log file to one of your member. i will include the log in e-mail.

i already responded your answer on intel forum. please check including log file. it's SSU log. 1. i made a team with Proset 25.0 ver, include static option. i tried re-install driver ver 24.2. And i set the teaming in PowerShell. i followed up the your website -> https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000032008/network-and-io/ethernet-products....

 

but the blue screen appeared again.

 

i operate the pc with Windows 10 1809, there are no way to run windows 10 1809 with teaming?

However, since you are using a 3rd party card, we would just like to ask you if you also tried contacting Advantech if they have different steps on how to set up teaming?

I appreciate of your response I tried to set the pc following your answer. All of drivers version from 23.0 to 25.0 were tested with Powershell. Before re-boot the pc, it worked well. But.. After the PC re-boot, the blue screen appeared again. We have to use teaming for IP camera to get high performance. I'm waiting for your answer. Thank you MikeL.

Thank you for the update. However, at this point since you already tried our drivers and steps from our website and you are getting the same problem after reboot. You may also contact Advantech to further check, because 3rd party manufacturer may have altered the card or they may have the appropriate driver for teaming.
