x710 and PPPoE

I have access servers (Centos with PPPoE service and Intel X710 Network adapters, and read about the Dynamic Device Personalization PPPoE Package to be able to loadbalance encapsulated traffic over NIC multiple queues.

With ethtool I've loaded the profile ppp-oe-ol2tpv2.pkgo:
ethtool -f enp1s0f0 ppp-oe-ol2tpv2.pkgo 100

But as before, almost all traffic passes in the first queue.

In this article (https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/articles/dynamic-device-personalization-for-intel-ethernet-700-series.html) I found that needed to update the pctype mapping.

How to set the required pctype mapping for PPPoE?

Hello AlexDm,

Thank you for posting in Intel Ethernet Communities.

Before we proceed, can you confirm if you are designing a board or a system with embedded X710 network card?

If you have questions, please let us know. In case we do not hear from you, we will make a follow up after 3 workings days. Thank you.
