5CEFA9F23's FIR compiler

I want to use FIR on 5CEFA9F23. I use FIR ii complier to get FIR's IP and want to use no dsp, but i set "1100" to the LEs/DSP Block Multiplier Threshold, i find the IP also use 38's DSP.

That number specifies how many LUTs are you allowing instead of dedicated mults. so 1100 doesn't seem to cover for 38 mults. 

In fact 38 mults in LUTs is going to eat your fpga up.
