Accumulator implementation in Cyclone V.

Hi everyone,

As I knew it was altaccumulate IP at Cycloneiii, but this IP is obsolete at Cyclone V.

How can I implement an accumulator in Cyclone V?

What is a relevant IP for this issue ?

I've built a simple accumulator and it seems OK.
