Chroma resampling

Hello, 

I'm looking for an IP that will allow 4:2:2 to 4:2:0 conversion with Cyclone IV or V. I don't wan't to use Altera's VIP since it is too expensive and I need only one function and not the whole package. Can anyone recommend a reliable and easy to use IP (also 3rd party)?

have you tried opencores.org? 

if you cant find one there, you'll probably have to cough up the cash or build on yourself.

Sorry if I wasn't clear enough, I meant that I will pay for the IP, I just want to find something cheaper then Altera's VIP which costs $5000.
