Cyclone 10 Gx FPLL Settings

Hi,

  I am looking for Cyclone 10GX FPLL data about the values for loop filter resistance, charge pump current...

  My main application is using Nios II to dynamically change the values but I am not able to find any information related to this usage.

   For example, AN-728 provides data about the loop filter, charge pump..

Similar constraint should exist for FPLL..

Please help!

References: fpll is mostly for transceiver usage. For core usage, there is a how-to video that you can refer.

What I am trying to know is how to find proper fPLL settings for,

" loop filter resistance, charge pump current..".

I am not able to fine the guidelines like "AN-728".

As my design needs to manually adjust the M values dynamically.

Hi,

The excel sheet has the info of the loop filter resistance and charge pump as well.
Just like IOPLL, these values are auto calculated.

I would suggest that you follow the Youtube how-to to generate the mif, and then compare what are the changes in the loop filter/charge pump.
