DDR3 IP Communicating with EMI toolkit

Hi, 

 

I am working on startix V to check the DDR3 uniphy. An error pops up whenever i try to link the project with the device using EMI tool kit. Please find the attached jpeg file. 

After this error my scan chain goes for toss.

Check your windows user : does it contain any non ansi character. For instance : é è ê à.

It doesnt contain any non ansi character. 

Currently i am using Quartus 12.1 version.  

Does any one has used this version and successfully read the calibration data using EMI tool kit.
