How to get and apply a license from License Activation Code?

Dear Intel Team,

 

I bought a license for IP-TRIETHERNET and received the License Activation Code.

The Email with the activation Code sent me to https://licensing.intel.com.
There I entered the License Activation Code. But the License Assistant said he can not find my license.!?!

 

What should I do now? Where can I find furthre information on how to apply my activation code?

I have now been able to solve my problem with the help of the licence support:
The licence is linked to a specific email address, unfortunately it was not mine but that of our purchasing department.

 

Furthermore, the FAQ link in the email led to an outdated page.
This is the current FAQ:
