It looks like a java runtime environment (jre) problem. You can download the latest version from

Thanks for your help!The problem is still.I find that the IPcore functions all have the same problem except for CRC.Is there something wrong?

Which Quartus II version are you using? A web edition or a subscription edition?
Are you working in the basic Quartus II environment or in SOPC builder?
