Our product needs to work in the150 degree environment. In the early stage of the project, chip selection requires a high-temperature FPGA product series with a main frequency of 40MHz or above

  1. Stratix IV GX FPGA: The high-temperature version of this FPGA is often referred to as "Stratix IV GX FPGA - HT," where "HT" stands for "High Temperature." They provide high performance over the operating temperature range and have main frequencies above 40MHz.
Arria II GX FPGA: Similarly, there are versions of the Arria II GX FPGA that are suitable for high-temperature environments and can operate in environments up to 150 degrees. You'll want to look for a specific model to make sure it meets your performance requirements.
Stratix III FPGA: This is also another alternative. Some models of Stratix III FPGA are also suitable for high temperature environments and have higher clock speed and stability.
When selecting, be sure to review the spec sheet for your specific model to ensure it meets your performance and temperature requirements
