standard blockset and advanced blockset

Hi, I am doing my first design with Altera DSP Builder blocs and I want to know what bloc to use between two blocks, the fisrt is from standard blockset library and the second is from advanced blockset librairy.

Are you saying you want to create a system that contains both advanced blockset and standard blockset blocks?
