Agilex 7 CTM-AGF-014-R24C Material Data Table

We use Autodesk CFD for our thermal analysis, so we need a STEP file of the mechanical assembly with thermal material properties we can assign to the parts. Intel provides this table with the thermal model, but it is missing specific heat capacity and material density which we need to simulate an accurate die temperature.

I have found a download link for CTM model in ECXML, PDML, TZR and Step format for AGF 014R24C Device, but you will need to have CNDA and verified MyIntel account to download this file. Refer below link:
