BeMicroCVA9 use external JTAG

HI

I use developerboard BeMicroCVA9 and in the course of work the built-in jtag (chip FTDI) was damaged. I made attempt to connect external a programmator to USB Blaster Jtag (J7), Quartus Programmer cannot execute connection with FPGA. What actions need to be executed that there was an opportunity to work with external JTAG?

Built-in USB Blaster use MAX V CPLD and FTDI chip. You could check if CPLD is fine with JTAG header (unpopulated).

You can use Test Point TP10,TP11,TP12,TP13 to access JTAG interface of FPGA and check if it is working.

See schematic.
