Dear Intel Support,
Yesterday, one of our Cyclone-V GT FPGA boards did not work.
The following is the phenomenon and symptom:
FPGA can download SOF normally. When we used an external adapter board to connect the JLINK with FPGA for debugging, due to unknown reasons (suspect the instability issue of the PC power supply), the Keil program enters into a state of no response. We made the Keil Program exit the debug mode constrainedly. Later on, we restarted the PC and made the Keil program enter the debug mode again, the JLINK can identify the FPGA device, however the SW device cannot be found.
Could you please diagnose the issue? Thanks.
