DE0-Nano Send data to PC

Hi,

I want to receive data from my DE0-Nano while the design is running. I have seen the discussion https://community.intel.com/t5/FPGA-SoC-And-CPLD-Boards-And/Communication-PC-De0-Nano/m-p/120898#M5939 but could not reach to final implementation. I am newbie in this field. I am unable to understand the sld instructions for sending the data back to TCP/I server. It can be better framed as I am not able to place the output of a pin in a DataRegister of Virtual JTAG IP and then send it to the pc.

I want to use this board for interfacing it with my image sensor and send the generated to my PC. I have seen python implementation of sending data to this boarding while design is running but the other way I am unable to understand the instructions. I have also taken the help of the blog https://idlelogiclabs.com/2014/07/12/virtual-com-port-connection-de0-nano-vj-uart/# but unable to understand the reverse communication i.e. from board to PC. Your quick response is highly appreciated.
