DE0-nano usb blaster issue

Hello everyone.
Got issues with DE0-nano dev board.
We tried to configure the flash memory and flash converted .jic file to it.
Memory wasn't presented in the available list in Flash Loader, so we created our own Configuration Device and config flash using this manual:
https://www.programmersought.com/article/68485809297/

memory type presented on our de0-nano - S25LP064

After flashing the created .jic file board usb blaster stops detecting in a system, so seems board get "bricked".
A main question is, how is it possible to recover the board in this case? To get usb blaster detected again.
