Just received my Cyclone III starter kit. Followed the user guide & installed the Quartus II Web, USB-Blaster driver but Quartus II Programmer could not detect this. I've checked device manager. It is clearly properly installed. Tried running BoardTestSystem.exe, it could not detect this kit as well. Any suggestions?
Updates: Got it working. Load & run v9.1 which in turn ran jtagserver.exe. ;)
