Dimensions of EK-10M08E144

I want to securely fasten the EK-10M08E144, but I don't know the position or size of the holes.
I can't find a tool to open the BRD file for the EK-10M08E144.

I had the same issue.  You need to download the Cadence 16.6 free viewer.  Works like a champ.
