Genuine Part Validation

Hello,

we bought parts from a broker and would like to check if these are genuine.

Is there any option to send DC's, pictures of x-ray etc. to intel in order to get support?

Thanks in advance

Hello,

May I know the broker you bought the device from?

This is the list of authorized distributor in Germany: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/partner/showcase/partner-directory/distributor.html#sort=relevancy&f:@sfdisticountry_en=[Germany]

Hello Farabi

Thanks for your reply.

We bought the parts from a broker in China, let’s say on the grey-market via a unpopular local partner. If I remember correct, he mentioned something like IC planet…

As we tried to be on the save side, we performed x-ray and the pictures show some really small different, which we guess could be normal tolerances.

Do you think, it is possible to support us in verifying the genuineness?

We could provide DC’s and x-ray pictures.

Thank you so much in advance

Viele Grüße/Best Regards
Helmut
