How to proceed to have the RMA# for 1ST280EY2F55I2LG (Stratix 10) q'ty 1pcs?

we have FPGA device (Stratix 10) failed flying probe test Q'ty 1 pcs from product NPI. After verify, we found the resistance of pin BC41 (VCCT_GXBL1C) vs pin BB43 (Gnd) is low resistance(23 Ohm)  compare good device (286 Ohm). we need to return FPGA device back to Intel for analysis. please help to review.

Hi RR,

 

I deeply apologize. I know this drag for some time, I'm escalating this issue to our internal team. Trying to get the tracking number as now looks like the tracking is mismatch.

If there is no respond until Tuesday (we will on public holiday on Monday Sept, 16) , I will myself will find a way for you to get the device.
