In my design i am using the cyclone device with the manufacturer partnumber "EP3C55F484I7NGA". We are sending some single ended signals with 1.8V. But i have doubt that whether the device has capability of LVCMOS mode of logic?

Hi Vilas,

Why not? LVCMOS is available in Cyclone III.

Hello Sooyl,

Thanks! for your info.

I have referred the datasheet earlier itself it states clearly, there will be option for LVTTL/LVCMOS 1.8 V in page No 10.

But i have to do Signal integrity analysis for the same signals using the Cyclone3 IBIS models. In that LVCMOS 1.8V model selector was not available. Only LVTTL models are present.I got confused over here.

So, what can be considered for SI simulations. kindly provide your suggestion.

Hi Vilas Kumar,

Sorry for confusing, LVTTL / LVCMOS 1.8V share the same I/O behavior. Thus, you may use LVTTL 1.8V for LVCMOS 1.8V for SI simulation.
