Hi ,

I am Arun kumar. I have doubt regarding Cyclone 10GX FPGA. As i know that 10CX085YU484I6GSP fpga is the high static power part of 10CX085YU484I6G FPGA. But i need to know that whether PInouts,SYmbol,PCB footprint,Datasheet,Configuration guides are same for both FPGA10CX085YU484I6GSP and 10CX085YU484I6G or it will be different. If it is different pls share the related documents to me. It will be reaaly helpful for me to design.

Thanks and Regards,

Arun Kumar.S

Hello Arun Kumar,

Thank you for reaching out to Intel FPGA Community.

For your information, both 10CX085YU484I6GSP & 10CX085YU484I6G share the following:

- Datasheet – in operation conditions and timing

- Configuration guidelines

- Pinouts

- PCB footprint

As for the following, there are differences:

- Datasheet – in power consumption: 10CX085YU484I6GSP is having higher power compared to 10CX085YU484I6G. Both OPNs are tested with same test program, but 10CX085YU484I6GSP will be max 35% higher power than 10CX085YU484I6G in general.

- Symbol: 10CX085YU484I6GSP is marked the same way as its Part Number i.e. with extra “SP” in the Part Number, as compared to 10CX085YU484I6G.

I hope this information helps you.

Regards,

Aqid Ayman
