MAX10 1025D power up sequence and instant-On feature

I am using in my design the MAX10 PN: 10M25DAF484C8G

1. I would like to know if the Instant-On feature is still available or not. in recent document it was omitted for some reason.
2. What is the power sequence for the normal case and for the Instant-On case?

Yes the Instant-on feature still available.
