I have purchased a DE10-Standard Cyclone V development board. I am wanting to started development for the ARM core.
The DE-10-Standard Getting Started PDF links to https://fpgasoftware.intel.com/soceds/19.1/ and instructs to download the Lite version of the software. Only Pro and Standard are available.
Is there a free version of this software?

Hi,
The only SoC EDS component that requires a license is the Arm DS-5 Intel SoC FPGA Edition. The rest of the SoC EDS components, such as tools and software, do not require a license. Please refer to the document section Intel SoC FPGA EDS Licensing for further information.
