Hi,
Thans a lot.
But The following products have been discontinued in 2017.
Intel's Dear Customer Letter (DCL).updated in 2019 said 「Starting from 2019, to the best of Intel’s knowledge, no products sold
by Intel contain any of these 4 phthalates above 0.1% in homogeneous material.」
So I would like to check whether these products(discontinued in 2017 ) have been covered by Intel's Dear Customer Letter (DCL).
・EPM7064SLC84-10N
・EPM7128SLC84-10N
・EPM7128SQC100-15N
・EPM7064SLC44-10N
・EPM3128ATC144-10N
waiting for you.
Regards,
Laura.

Hi every one,
Do you have any information about if following products' initial production lots or all lots compliant with RoHS (EU) 2015/863?
・EPM7064SLC84-10N
・EPM7128SQC100-15N
・EPM7064SLC44-10N
・EPM3128ATC144-10N
I greatly appreciate you provide me below certificates,
・DofC_EPM7064SLC84-10N_20200204151103.pdf→Issued by 2020-02-04
・DofC_EPM7128SQC100-15N_20210727025103.pdf→Issued by 2021-07-27
・DofC_EPM7064SLC44-10N_20210125120105.pdf→Issued by 2021-01-25
・DofC_EPM3128ATC144-10N_20200913164105.pdf→Issued by 2020-09-13
But we purchased them before 2017, and they have been discontinued in 2017.
So could you tell me if their initial production lots compliant with RoHS (EU) 2015/863?
Waiting for your response.
Best regards,
Laura

Hi Laura,
Four additional phthalates are added onto the list of restricted substances as regulated in RoHS (EU) 2015/863, they are:
- Bis(2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP)
- Benzyl butyl phthalate (BBP)
- Dibutyl phthalate (DBP)
- Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP)
If they are LeadFree legacy products, they are still compliance with RoHS (EU) 2015/863.
All the OPNs you listed are all leadfree products, hence compliant with RoHS (EU) 2015/863 as stated in documents we have shared earlier.

Hi Ayman,
I know these products compliant with RoHS (EU) 2015/863 based on you shared documents earlier.
Now I would like to know if these products are compliant with RoHS (EU) 2015/863 from initial productions?
Have the materials of these products changed since the initial production?
Regards,
Laura.

Hi Laura,
As they are obsolete products where I couldn’t find the Bill Of Material (BOM) change history. Assume no BOM change after initial production, the current material declaration shows the products with 4 Phthalates below 0.1% in homogeneous and no lead substances in the products.
Attached are the full material declaration data which you can refer to.

Aqid

Hi Aqid,
You shared me 「DofC_EPM7128SLC84-10N_20150121161203.pdf」issued by 2015-01-21. I can use it.
Could you share me the certificates of other products issued by same year(2015) or before 2016-07-05 if they exists.
・EPM7064SLC84-10N
・EPM7128SQC100-15N
・EPM7064SLC44-10N
・EPM3128ATC144-10N
Older certificates are useful to us.
Best regards,
Laura.

Hi Laura,
I could not find any other certificates other than I provided to you as it is obsolete products, I have limited resource to it.
Pretty much the xml documents which I shared are the material declaration of the devices. If the substances are not there that are being restricted, then they are compliant.
