Driver i installed is bad

I have a laptop. Everything is okay.
Downloaded new drivers, everything became not okay.
What do i mean:
i'm playing any game, everything is nice, fps is great, etc... And in one moment, i get fps drop to 3-5 for a few seconds and then everything is okay again for a while. And it's repeating every 5-10 minutes.
I don't know which exact driver is making those issues.

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work).
