Intel - Extension - 2.1.10100.37

I am using an HP laptop with an Intel Core i5. When I run Windows Update it repeatedly downloads an “Intel - Extension - 2.1.10100.37”, despite it being installed every time.

I do not have access to the show/hide troubleshooter. How can I stop this from occurring?
