My friend cant update his drivers. He tried to it, it does NOT work!

My friend is trying to run the game "FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time," but he's facing a significant issue. When he launched the game, he received a message about "known issues with the graphics driver." He installed the updates that he could. For some reason, he couldn't update past "101.2134". After selecting "No" to proceed, the game crashed.
He is currently unable to install update version 101.5333 and cannot upgrade beyond 31.0.101.2134. This situation is unacceptable, and we urgently need a resolution. While I may not be a technical expert, we must address this matter promptly. For your reference, he is using an Intel UHD 630 graphics card.
