I'm considering buying this VAIO SX-R 14" Ultralight Carbon Fiber Laptop - Intel Core Ultra 7 155H

I will run Ubuntu 24 on it natively. I'd like to find out if there are any issues installing and runnin Ubuntu 24 on this hardware. I will be using pytorch on it for AI development and training models that are not too large.

I know the system bus speed for the 64 gb shared memory will be slower than the VRAM bus on a discrete GPU, but the tradeoff is the ability to use GPU for larger models than a discrete gpu can handle.

Is anyone using this hardware with Ubuntu 24 and pytorch?
