Hello, please,
I've been having a problem with my wifi for the last few days, where the driver would uninstall itself, the wifi would disconnect every few seconds, etc. I tried to solve it through several tutorials, but unfortunately none of them worked. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache, updating, practically everything possible that could be causing the problem. In the end, I contacted Microsoft support about the problem, where we couldn't resolve it together and they said it's ASUS' fault as the drivers are faulty and I should contact support. I haven't experienced a bigger birth than contacting asus support, but that's another topic. I managed by some miracle after 3 reinstalls of Windows itself to connect wifi, I installed all possible drivers, which seems to have helped at least a little and my internet is not dropping out every minute, but every 10 or so. However, after installing all the drivers, I lost the sound, or it declared an error of faulty/missing sound output drivers. (I attach a photo below). I tried again to install new sound drivers directly from asus site, but to no avail. The sound goes somewhere and Wifi goes to about 50%.
Please can anyone advise me how to proceed further? This laptop has done me more harm than good over the years, and I mean that seriously. Never again either asus or microsoft after these many years of experience.

No information about your system.
So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.
