wifiドライバーが消失

突然wifiドライバーが消失してしまいました

intel wifi link 1000 bgn

というドライバーですが、どうやって復元できるかわかりません。

デバイスマネージャーのネットワークアダプタで全て表示させるにしても表示もされません

（一度、半透明で表示されたのですがアンインストール後復活しません）

ご教授いただければ幸いです。
