The report shows you have NVIDIA GeForce MX110... aren't you running the games with the Nvidia GPU? you should do so, and if having issues, you need to report it to Nvidia or HP...
Because this is a laptop with 2 GPUs intel and nvidia, the expectation is to use the drivers HP provides to get the customizations specific to your system... You can find the latest intel (27.20.100.8935) and nvidia (26.21.14.4283) drivers (published by HP) in this link, give it a try: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-15-da0000-laptop-pc/20395828/model/23115034?sku=4TT02PA
If you're willing to try, here is the generic driver released by Intel 30.0.101.1960
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19344/intel-graphics-windows-dch-drivers.html
and you can use Geforce experience app or this link to update the nvidia driver: https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/geforce/drivers/
PS: because this is a laptop, you may also have CPU/Power throttling and thus, that is causing low performance while gaming...

THANK YOU ! THANK YOU ! THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!!!!!!
The drivers you mentioned worked. Not only did Nvdia's driver get installed, but Intel did. My issue has been solved. But if the issue comes up again, I will let you know again. Thank You Again
