ACER ASPIRE 3 Laptop i5 1135G7 with Intel Iris Xe cannot run games at 60Fps

Good evening, I have an Acer Aspire 3 With i5 1135G7 and Intel Iris Xe. I see that with my specs I could do 60 FPS with the performance mode being 720p. But my question is why I can't Play at 60 FPS? Since they drop from 60 to 15 and even less

· What is the specific game you are playing and the distribution service?

· Was it working before?

Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.

Then, please generate and attach the Report for Intel® Intel Graphics Command Center
