Hi there,
Device Info: Intel NUC11PAHi5, i5-1135G7 with Iris Xe 80EU Graphics, Crucial 16GB 3200MHZ DDR4 RAM, Crucial P2 500GB NVME SSD
Driver & System Info: Intel® Graphics Driver 31.0.101.3790 with Windows 10 Home, BIOS 0041
Game Info: Mount & Blade 2 Bannerlord v1.0 download from Steam (without Mods and other cheats)
Issues:
1. In campaign map, trees can't be rendered properly (trees would flicking while changing the angle of view or changing the height of the view)
2. Also in campaign map, some trees just can't be rendered, and shows strange black boxes
And this issue is also reported in mount & blade official forum by another one using very similar hardware and software with me (link: https://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php?threads/graphical-issues-with-trees-on-campaign-map.455424/#post-9844018).
In fact, have tried several driver versions and game versions, and the issue still there. So I guess it's probably caused by the intel graphics driver. And this issue should be very easily to reproduce using intel Iris Xe graphics, if you are willing to try it, you can simply download the game and start a new game then skip all initial tutorial and comes to the campaign map, you will notice the tree graphics issue.
Hoping you to test and fix this issue soon!
Regards with Thanks

Hi Deivid A.,
Thanks for your reply.
You mean updating BIOS? For that, sorry, I'm afraid I won't consider to try that recently, since this PC is my work PC, and I think this version (0042) of BIOS is quite stable for my daily use, and I saw some other user have reported various mysterious bugs caused by updating BIOS (including 0048) for their NUC. (And I read the release note of 0048 BIOS, it said I can't downgrade to my current version if I update) So I won't do so only for testing a graphic bug in a game.
Since I already said, this bug is not only occurs on my NUC PC, also seen on other brand (HP) PC with same CPU i5 1135g7 (https://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php?threads/graphical-issues-with-trees-on-campaign-map.455424/#post-9844018). So this graphic bug is really not likely caused by BIOS problem, to me, as a quite "experienced" iris Xe user, seems to be a graphic driver problem. Also as I said, I strongly suspect this bug can be reproduce by grab any i5 1135g7 PC with any brand and software setting using its integrate iris Xe graphics to run this game. So, I still hope you (or you intel internal team for gaming graphics issue) can try out this bug on your standard platform or something similar.
Regards,
Yusheng

Hello! Topic is relevant!
My notebook - Huawei MateBook D14 (NobelE-WDH9AL), Intel Core i5 1155g7, graphics adapter - Iris Xe.
My problem is the same as that of the author of the topic! In campaign map, trees can't be rendered properly. Download - in Steam, ver. 1.6.
Driver intel ver. - 31.0.101.4887.
Judging by what is written at the beginning of the topic, the problem is still with adaptation. Because the previous driver was May, 2023 (31.0.101.4369 ver.). And the problem was the same.
What should I do?
