Hello JohnMarston,
I understand you're experiencing issues with Marvels Spiderman 2. According to the logs, it appears you're using an HP laptop, which is an OEM device. Have you tried using the OEM drivers? We recommend utilizing drivers provided by your computer's manufacturer, as they may have modified features, incorporated customizations, or made other adjustments specific to your device.
If you have used OEM drivers and observe the same issue, please share the information below.
1. Was this working fine before?
2. Are there any recent changes to the system?
3. Is the issue isolated to Marvels Spiderman 2?
4. Which digital game distribution platform are you using (Steam, Epic Games, etc.)?
5. Did you use DDU to install the latest driver version 32.0.101.6559?
For reference: Where to Obtain an Intel® Graphics Driver for an OEM
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,

Hi JohnMarston,
Thank you for sharing all this information.
Upon checking the system requirements for Marvel's Spider-man 2, I can see that there's a minimum graphics card of at least GTX 1650 or RX 5500XT to run the game smoothly. While your other system components meet the minimum requirements, your system is only running on Integrated graphics.
The Intel Iris Xe graphics is not equivalent to discrete graphics cards. Discrete graphics cards, such as those from NVIDIA or AMD, have dedicated memory (VRAM) and more powerful processing capabilities, which allow them to handle demanding tasks like high-end gaming.
I recommend contacting the game developer directly for detailed information on the specific requirements that need to be met.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.
Best regards,
Jed G.
