DXGI ERROR DEVICE REMOVED DXGI ERROR DEVICE HUNG

When playing Fortnite, the game crashes

It crashes on two identical HP Elitebook G5 running

OS Name Microsoft Windows 11 Pro
Version 10.0.22621 Build 22621
Adapter Description Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620
Driver Version 31.0.101.2115

BIOS Version/Date HP Q78 Ver. 01.23.00, 30/11/2022

Fortnite support have reviewed the diagnostic reports and found that the error is caused by a graphics card error, namely

DXGI ERROR DEVICE REMOVED DXGI ERROR DEVICE HUNG

and have suggested I contact Intel support

As this is replicable on two identical machines, is there a fix for this does anyone know?

I'd be grateful for any assistance

Many thanks

Scotto
