Dear Intel Graphics Support Team,
I am encountering a recurring issue specifically while launching Elden Ring: Nightreign on my laptop equipped with Intel Iris Xe Graphics. The game starts with a white screen and crashes shortly afterward without displaying any error message. This issue does not occur with other games on my system, so it seems to be specific to this title.
Also im using the updated graphics driver.
Please advise if there is any known compatibility issue with Elden Ring: Nightreign and Intel Iris Xe Graphics or if there are any recommended driver updates, workarounds, or settings I should apply to resolve this issue.

After internal review, we can confirm that Intel Iris Xe Graphics does not meet the minimum system requirements defined by the game developer for this specific title. While some earlier versions or similar games may have worked under certain configurations, this new release appears to implement updated rendering technologies and graphical APIs that are either not supported or have limited stability on Iris Xe hardware. This can result in symptoms such as the white screen and crashing behavior you’re experiencing. At this time, there are no official workarounds or driver-level fixes from Intel that can guarantee compatibility or stability for this title on Iris Xe Graphics.
I recommend reaching out directly to the game developer or publisher, as they are in the best position to determine if support or a workaround can be provided
