Hello guifro,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
For me to better understand and diagnose the issue further, let me ask you to provide detailed responses to the following questions. This information will help me isolate the problem and determine the most appropriate course of action moving forward.
- What is the brand and model of your system?
- Please share the screenshot of the Graphics settings of the game.
- What is your game launcher?
- What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
- For me to review the hardware and the driver installed, please help generate the SSU logs of the system. Please refer to the link below for the steps:

Hello guifro,
Thank you for the update.
Before we proceed, let me also set the expectations that you are using a 3rd party OEM system, and our support may be limited to drivers. #rd party OEM system units can alter, enhance or modify the controllers and to enable those changes, they may have their own set of drivers.
For this issue, please try to install the latest Intel generic driver using DDU method and update me if there will be changes, here are the steps and the download link:

Tried both. The Asus OEM driver and the lastest from the Intel website support.
I've installed the first one and got the same graphic errors then, fresh installed Windows 11 with the Intel lastest driver and nothing changes.

Hello guifro,
Thank you for the update.
Let me check, have you tried contacting the game developer if your system can run the game?
I checked the system requirements and the minimum requirement for Graphics is Arc A380.

Hello !
As guifro previously reported, several people are having this graphics issue with the Intel Iris XE (see Steam forums and Reddit).
The problem doesn't necessarily seem to be the minimum requirements of the game, as it runs smoothly with an integrated UHD 770 graphics card (which, however, seems less powerful than an Intel Iris XE and is in any case below the ARC A380).
Thanks for your time

Yes, i've checked. The game runs well and smoothly at 60 fps with no drops.
Last night, i've run it on Ubuntu with custom Mesa driver and it worked perfectly.
I've to say, right now, we have a driver problem on Windows.

Hello guifro,
Thank you for patiently waiting for our update.
After reviewing the details, it appears that the game currently does not meet the system requirements specified by the developer for your iGPU. We recommend contacting the game developer directly to see if they plan to add support for your integrated graphics in future updates.

Under GPU-Z, I can see that Resizeable BAR is enabled -- however, upon clicking the word, "Enabled", I was able to verify that (A) Resizeable BAR is enabled, (B) GPU hardware support is listed as "Not Supported", (C) "Above 4G Decode Enabled in BIOS" shows Enabled, and (D) Resizeable BAR Enabled in BIOS" lists "Unsupported GPU".
From these determinations, we can logically conclude that ReBAR isn't possible for IrisXe iGPUs, despite other system configuration supporting ReBAR IF it were supported by the iPGU. While it is possible that the developer depends on the functionality, said functionality could be enabled via a driver update to support this technology.
A driver implementation (via update) could theoretically enable ReBAR support at the iGPU level -- which again, from the other evidence collected, seems to suggest that it is indeed possible to leverage on our systems. Further weight to this argument can be found in other users who do have dedicated Arc graphics cards, but for whom the issue still persists. Testing enabling this functionality on existing first-gen Iris Xe iGPUs could lay the foundations for a successful patching of Arc GPUs as well. In an age where users are beginning to consider Intel products for a consumer's GPU needs, working with Square Enix or providing an updated driver for a popular remasters of a timeless classic would be a good way to show the gaming community that we are taken seriously. "Intel enables Resizeable BAR functionality for X GPUs" would make for a nice headline, I believe.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
