I need to download the software for Intel(R) G33/G31 Express Chipset Family graphics drivers but I haven't found it anywhere and I don't have money to buy new hardware.

There is no Intel driver for G33/G31 for windows 10.  All you have is the Microsoft generic driver, which lacks features and performance.   You need to upgrade your hardware/system to something made in this decade.
