Intel Iris xe extreme stuttering on fortnite

I have been experiencing this lag for more than a year now and the reason I waited that long was because I saw many other people having the same issue and was expecting they would fix this in the next driver update but they never did. I have a 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1235U 1.30 GHz and 8 gigs of ram. Thank you.

Is this a new computer?

Was Fornite working fine before on this specific machine without showing the stuttering issue you are describing?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes that might cause this issue?

Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?

Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
