Intel drivers

Hello, 

i need advice on should i completely uninstall my intel drivers that i just downloaded and its the latest version because some websites and especially my game has started to lag BADLY like really badly and the websites take some time to load or sometimes freeze for a bit and it all happend after i installed them can anyone suggest something or tell me if i should delete it or do something else because i do not want these and also my pc has 20 ram it was never slow before i downloaded them
