I purchased an intel i7 12700k Cpu and as an added bonus the intel holiday bundle was given for free, yet when i go to claim it i follow the steps to the letter and when i get to the point where it asks me to log into a ubisoft account it never works it claims the email and passwords do not match even after i changed my password. I've attempted to make an entirely new ubisoft account and that still didn't solve the issue.
