Here is a little snippet of something I was just able to capture but at the beginning of the video you’re seeing the middle of the issue happening I’ll be gaming and all of a sudden the keyboard monitor will shut off randomly and click back on but sometime it’ll shut off and not click back on and I’ll be forced to hard reset the System. I’ve also been experiencing a lot of of game crashes so any information on this issue would be awesome!
e: also on a side note, I’m now experiencing micro stutter when gaming.

Hello ƚɾιρʅҽ,
I would like to know more about your system details to fully understand where the issue truly lies. Please help provide the following information below:
1) Games affected (crashing).
2) What application is used to monitor the CPU temperature?
3) What specific applications are running when you experience when your monitor and keyboard flick off randomly? Is the temperature high during this times?
Additionally, we highly appreciate you sharing your system configuration so we can fully check and provide you with an accurate fix. This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.
1. Scan: Check the box Everything.
2. Click Scan.
3. Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
4. Click Save (.txt).
I will wait for your reply.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hello, the game that crashes is Diablo Immortal and the software that I use to monitor my temps is gHelper. Applications that are running are gHelper, Diablo Immortal, Microsoft Edge (sometimes), Reddit, Discord, NVIDIA Control Panel, Battle.net, Windows Defender, nothing crazy intensive or outside the power limits.. Diablo Immortal is NOT a graphic intensive game either.. I'm also getting huge micro stuttering in Diablo Immortal as well as Diablo 4.

Hello ƚɾιρʅҽ,
Thank you so much for sharing the details and log file I asked about this. I would need to check this further, but before doing so, please download and run the Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool. Please share a screenshot of the results and a copy of the log file (.txt). You may check this User Guide page 10 (Running IPDT from GUI).
I will wait for your reply so I can proceed with further checking.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Hello ƚɾιρʅҽ,
Thank you for sharing this update.
The processor is still in good health since the test passed. The SSU logs show that the BIOS version is version 312, but on your system manufacturer's download page, the latest BIOS firmware available is version 310. So I highly recommend reaching out to your system manufacturer's support team, to check if the latest version of firmware is the one currently installed, if they have a new BIOS that you can upgrade to, and if the Intel Default setting is available, that you can select. If none, you may have to ask their support team to diagnose your system properly, to check if there's any hardware failing that causes the game crashes and high temps.
Let us know if you still have any other concerns that I can be of help.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.

Thanks @Tomba I guess I am going to have to start the RMA process. I have an Acronym edition, I hope they still have some spares, but I doubt it. Even if they do, I am not sure I want a new one, it's going to start with BSODs after a while, and my warranty will be gone by then....
