Previously, I could change and add custom screen resolutions (I used to set it at 800x600), and it worked perfectly. Now, after changing my laptop's hard drive and reinstalling Windows along with the necessary drivers, I want to configure a custom resolution, but I'm encountering an error: 'Custom resolution is not supported on internal displays' (Image 1 shows the previous interface where I used to change the resolution).
The new graphics driver interface is different, or it has been updated, but the issue is that it no longer allows me to add a different screen resolution (Image 2 illustrates the problem). I hope you can assist me. Thank you very much.
My laptop is HP 15-da0009la

Hello juanpablo25,
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities. We would be more than glad to help you.
Previous versions of the Intel Graphics Command Center showed the Custom Resolution setting for internal displays but did not allow a custom resolution to be applied, therefore the Custom Resolution setting was removed. This is considered to be expected behavior.
However, you should note that the latest version of the Intel Graphics Command Center no longer contains resolution settings. You should use Windows* Display Settings to change the resolution:
- Select Start > Settings > System > Display.
Best regards
