Hello, I'm having this problem. It began about two months ago, possibly at the beginning of this year, but whenever I open two applications in the windowed mode, it flickers a black screen. I'm not sure how to fix this, and after the screen flickers on and off, everything instantly becomes blurry and keeps moving. I've included an example video below and sent my SSU report so you can better understand my laptop's specifications. I don't know why this problem occurs with Spotify as well as other apps, but restarting my laptop resolves it. You can also see my cursor being a little blurry and not normal
Please ignore my poor camera quality, which changes the appearance of my screen but does not have offset colors, but it has icons and text glitching out. I hope you can figure out what's wrong with the provided Two videos. You can see in the "screen glitching issue 2.mp4" where it shows the "search google or type a URL" text glitching out
I hope my information is useful to you to fix this problem.

Hi _YKL,
Thank you for the update. To further Isolate the Issue, I would like to ask few more information regarding the issue you encountered.
- Have you tried using an external monitor to check if the glitches persist?
- Have you used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove all residual drivers and installed a new one?
If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,

EDIT: I now see discoloration when I watch videos on YouTube and other websites or videos in mp4 format appear to have offset colors.

Hi PatrickV
I appreciate you answering my question I've been waiting a while, most likely because it being the weekend.
- Nothing at all
- I fully reinstalled Windows 11, but the problem hasn't been resolved.
- No, I have never tested using an OEM driver. (I didn't even know about it)
- I experienced a problem with Brave Browser when it was windowed
- I checked it just now, and I don't have any problems with the calculator, notepad, or settings.
- In the video I uploaded above, my screen is displayed with glitching graphics and text, and my mouse pointer also becomes blurry when I close the program that is caused the issue, like Spotify, the issue seems to persist, you can watch the video sent above on what it looks like

Hello, Patrick
I appreciate your response.
1) I don't have an external screen to test this out.
2) I tried reinstalling the most recent 10th generation Intel HD graphics using Display Driver Uninstaller and it seemed to have fixed my issue i do not get the bug anymore when spotify is in windowed mode seems like it fixed my issue thanks!

Hi _YKL,
I’m happy to hear that running DDU resolved the issue. Thank you for sharing this solution. It may be helpful to other community members facing the same problem.
